The law of our country are sharper for below average people. The taxes that people pay for public facility are used by the corruptors for their own good.

We don't know if the death penalty hurts or not because the corruptor will be dead in the first place, and if it does hurt then it is against human rights. Think about the corruptors family and if the corruptors got out from jail they won't have any association with the government again.
